The Little Gem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a small couch.

Pinewood Nest

Welcome to Pinewood nest! This spacious studio is located on 5 forested tranquil acres just minutes away from the hiking, cross country skiing, and sledding at Pine Street Woods. Situated in a historic Sandpoint home, the lodge is 10 min from downtown Sandpoint and 20 min to Schweitzer. It features vaulted ceilings with windows and patio doors that look out on trees, fields and mountains. A queen bed sleeps two and the sofa converts to a full bed making this ideal for a couple or small family.

Separate entrance to a newly constructed suite. Suburbs out front; hiking in trees and creek out back. Patio area immediately outside. Inside, a king bed, kitchenette (no stove), TV area (You Tube TV, sports and many other options) with two swivel recliners. Bathroom with shower includes washer-dryer. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

The Suite at Evermore

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Blue Heron Cabin sits on a 291 acre wildlife preserve. It has an active Great Blue Heron rookery on site, a Bald Eagle nest and a huge variety of waterfowl and wildlife. Easy access off Hwy 2. Private 35-acre lake for fishing and kayaking on site. Two kayaks with life jackets. Boat & trailer parking at cabin. Public boat launch into Pend Oreille River directly across the street; public beach and playground. Children welcome. Books & toys. 55" TV.

The Hidden Moose Lodge

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons! For our fellow animal lovers, we are pet & service dog friendly! We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please see our house rules for a full explanation of our Dog Policy.

Studio On the Fairway: Chewelah Golf Course

Adorable and stylish little studio on the 14th fairway at the Chewelah Golf Course and Country Club. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Cozy Clifftop View offers relaxation & adventure close to town. Unwind in this cozy hideaway overlooking the rolling hills & valleys just south of Chewelah. Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while mother nature paints the sky and various wildlife roam. Although shops & restaurants are only a short drive away, the area offers peace and tranquility.
