The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

This quaint property is close to the famous Jurassic Coast, within 4 miles of the seaside town of Weymouth and Dorchester town.Durdle Door / Lulworth Cove is an approximate 29 minute drive,and the main supermarket is 8 minutes away by car. Upwey has two pubs a busy tearoom,garden nursery and Tesco Express all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Relax inside or out.

A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a characterful, compact barn conversion, that sits next to the 400 year old farm house. It sleeps up to four people (including infants), with a double and a twin room. We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

Beautiful countryside Cottage, located in a rural setting on the river Wey. Local walks from your doorstep, Short car journey to Weymouth sea front. Self contained annexe with private entrance. Fully fitted galley kitchen. One bedroom with a double and single bed+ sofa bed in the sitting room. Children of all ages welcome. I am pet friendly, with felines of my own. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)
