We collect a $175.00 security deposit upon check-in. Check-in time is 3:00PM or later and our check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-outs and early check-ins are available but are subject to extra charges and cannot be booked in advance, just ask our front desk when you arrive. We do offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The person booking the reservation and checking-in must be 21 years or older. Valid government issued ID and credit card must be presented at check in.

Our ADA rooms provide you with a spacious bathroom that contains a roll-in shower. About your Reservation Room charge and taxes (NY Sales Tax: 8.875%, NY City Tax: 5.875%, Occupancy Tax: $2.00,Javits Fee: $1.50) has been taken upon time of booking as a deposit. The nightly facility fee ($43.61 ) per night will be charged upon arrival. Guests must be at least 21 yrs of age to check in. Gov. -issued photo ID is required.
