New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Spacious modernised farm cottage with log burner, fully disabled and pet friendly. Minutes from the Botanical Gardens, Brecon Beacons, castles, forests and lakes, and centrally placed between Gower and Pembrokeshire beaches. Note:farm building work is scheduled March-August. Our aim is to minimise disruption to guests, but there will be periods of daytime noise, vehicle movements, and general building works. Our cottage will, remain fully open and operational, with guests welcome to stay.

Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Set in a wonderful rural location, Rose Cottage is an excellent touring base for exploring West Wales and the Gower peninsula. Nestled peacefully in the quiet hamlet of Horeb, this semi-detached cottage has been finished to a very high standard. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and a lot of welcoming touches have been added e.g. a logburner for cosy nights in. 100 yards from the cottage is the Millenium Coastal Path and across the road the local inn - the Waunwyllt.
