The Gardener’s Cottage

The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.
