The 1st floor has a combined living room/dining area with a counter, bar sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven andTV. Pet dogs only are welcome. The cleaning fee is included in the base price

Charming 1947 Cape Cod Style home with three bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. The upstairs is big attic space with double bed and private bathroom. Modern kitchen with all new amenities. The home is 1.7 miles from UVA Rotunda and walking distance to parks, restaurants and downtown mall. Open to inquiries about any dates that do not appear open on calendar and price reduction for visits greater than 7 days NOT ideal for small children due to decor NOTE no TV😌 I

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
