Such a fun space. Enjoyed it both inside and out on the back deck. Walking distance to all the downtown hotspots. Had everything we needed for our quick lil getaway.

This is a small suite above a garage. There is also a small living quarters attached to the garage. We saw the tenant there and shared a wave. We did not hear any sound from them during the day or night. The space was the most well equipped I have ever encountered in my many Airbnb stays. Snacks and drinks, bandaids, ibuprofen, you name it. Hairdryer and iron. The space itself is not fancy, but the bed was comfortable. Staying here is about the area, not the space itself. the Germantown neighborhood has walking trails and many nice restaurants, and is walking distance to the farmer's market and the State Capitol. The proprietor shares their recommendations and has some travel literature in the flat. Currently the Germantown Cafe has happy hour pricing all night on Mondays! We took advantage...

I think the loft is a fantastic place for a short stay. The location was super convenient to a lot of cool spots, and the free Q tram was an easy way to get downtown without a car. The place was filled with art and was comfortable. Note that the bed is in a nook so if you’re on the far side you have to crawl over the other person! The one improvement I’d suggest is to change the curtain you can close over the bed to a blackout one. As it is, it’s extremely bright. Also, be aware that when people (like groups of college students) gather by the elevator at night it can be quite loud because it’s just outside the door. But that only happened a couple times. And they quieted down when the cranky old lady (me) asked them to. Overall, great host and space!

Every year we come up to Downieville, we always choose Bibi and Jeff's place and will continue to do so. Host is pretty responsive and helpful! The property is perfect and situated in the right location for what Downieville has to offer! highly recommend!! will continue to return!!

My stay in Pawhuska was absolutely wonderful! The Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfectly located — just a short walk from The Pioneer Woman Mercantile and other local attractions. The host was super responsive and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. I especially loved the peaceful, small-town vibe and scenic views around town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a girls’ weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful loft, with every detail thought-out and crafted. A design-lover’s dream space. We arrived and instantly decided to get nearby take-out food for dinner because the private deck was so nice and we didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom and bedroom linens were cozy. The soaking tub was a nice touch. The restaurant below never bothered us at all. A gem!

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. This place is in the best spot. Walkable to downtown restaurant and shops. The space is great with nice natural light. Parking was not hard as anticipated, was always able to find parking on the same block. Absolutely recommend this location.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Check in and check out process was simple and smooth. The loft is beautiful, well kept, and fully stocked with all your daily needs. The location is great, and the people are all friendly. It’s a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle we live daily. I highly recommend staying her if your ever in Effingham. This is our go to place. Don’t waste your time looking for other places to stay because this is the spot. P.S. the nook is my favorite spot to sit and drink a cup of coffee. We specifically pick the one bedroom for this reason. Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed staying here.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! Loved the loft, Krog Street Market, and the greenspace outside. It was great to be so close to the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park— we loved our visit there! The loft was perfect for our group— lots of space, good kitchen, happy little balcony— and art supplies in the artist nook! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!!

Wow. What an amazing place! Annual guys "ski trip" that we've been doing for 20+ years. This place was so great we actually didn't make it out skiing. Great place for a group to hang out. Plenty to do in the place (pool table, dart board, poker table, etc.). PLENTY of room to not feel cramped (more square footage than my 2-story home). Also, great location - we were able to park our vehicles when we arrived, and not touch them again until we left. We walked everywhere - plenty of restaurants, bars, short walk to the lake and Canal Park, etc. Very unique place. Host was very responsive and flexible. Can't wait to rent this place again!

Great place and location for this Mama Bear’s Easter visit with her Baylor student. The host was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us to feel at home for 4 nights. I even was able to do a load of laundry in the full size washer/dryer for my daughter! The only con to this location is the train tracks that had loud activity in the wee hours of the morning.

This was perfect for our stay! We were in Baton Rouge for an event at the Canes River Center. It was a quick walk there with many stores and eateries. We loved it! Everything was clean and easy to use. I was a bit worried about the noise that was talked about in other reviews but we didn’t even notice it! It was quiet, comfortable, and everything we needed!

Jamie was a great host and was very quick with communication. She gave us some great local suggestions. The location was excellent and we got along well without a car. Would recommend!

I just completed a seven month stay in Dan's loft apartment. It was a great experience. The photos and descriptions were accurate. Dan was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to any issues. He was unfailingly helpful. The apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs at the top, so anyone with physical challenges or cardio challenges should take that into consideration. I'm 69 and in fair shape, so I had no problems with the stairs. Overall, it was an excellent time and I would recommend it for a stay in Cynthiana.

Zen is the best host and probably one of best people you’ll ever meet on this planet. Asides having a great place, the extra effort he puts in to cater for guests further makes the experience amazing!

Me and my sister booked this airbnb because we wanted to have the place to ourselves and the price was good compared to other accommodations in the area. Everything looked like it did in the pictures, we felt safe, and it was easy to get around the area by car. Our host, Karina, met us when we first arrived, and she made sure to let us know that if we needed anything we could always contact her. Thank you, Karina!:)
