We booked the cottage for a one night stay and we fell in love with it! It was so peaceful and relaxing and felt like home. We would've loved to have been able to use the fire ring and beautiful chairs but Mother Nature had others and rained on us so we had a family fun night indoors playing with the games that were provided. We highly recommend and can't wait to plan another trip.

I have to say the beds were extremely comfortable and it’s such a nice little retreat near the college campus! I would go back again.

What can I say....nothing other than I so wish I could have stayed another night or two! My one night there was a quick stop and unfortunately the weather kept me from being able to explore....didn't see a great sunset and my morning was shrouded in clouds. The cottage is full of history and you feel it when you work in the kitchen or when you look at the original elements through-out the cabin. What a treat to have stayed here! Sharon was able to meet me when I arrived and she made me feel so welcome. I was prepared for all the things Sharon had mentioned for this being a farm in rural Indiana. Luckily I had stopped at the Meijer grocery store in Richmond before driving out to the farm so I had everything I needed. I was not comfortable climbing up to the loft and sleeping up there so I slept on the sofa which was sufficient for me. Note, this is not a glamping experience so if you are fine with that, enjoy your stay at this property.

2nd time staying here and we'll back next time we come to Oxford. Great place in the country that's close to campus. Very responsive to my questions.

I cannot say enough nice things about this space and the host. The yard is breathtaking. Beds were so comfortable. It’s exactly as described in the listing with the addition of a stunning view out back. Thank you William! We enjoyed our time at your home.

This is our second stay with Kyle and Amy! Another fun visit for a fraternity mom's weekend! We love the location and the ability to be able to stay together as a group of moms. The home is very clean and so welcoming! We even noticed a few upgrades since last year! This is the perfect spot and we love staying here! Thanks Kyle and Amy!!!

The perfect spot for a parents weekend. A lovely studio apartment with a full kitchen. It had easy parking and was close to campus. Definitely will return!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Kristen’s cabin! It was quiet and clean and was just what we needed for our weekend night stay.

I have stayed at Tim & Sues Tiny House in the past and it is perfect. Especially for a mom that just needs a bed & shower while visiting our daughter at college. They are very nice in this secluded Air B&B. Lynn Dacey
