Welcome to Aileens’ A-1 Cozy Place. This is a home perfect for family and group stays. Perfect place for relaxing and staying for the night after busy day. Neighbors are nice & friendly. Free Parking space. Strong 200+ mpbs internet Wifi connection. Very comfy and accommodating Dining, Sala & Bedrooms. Very easy to locate-✔️google map. It’s located just inside AGL Subdivision just in front of the newly built LDS Temple. Lastly, it's just a minute drive or 5 minutes walk to the highway & Temple.

3 km drive from TPLEX exit Urdaneta you can relax in a little coloured house by the Sinocalan River. There is a lot of space provided in and outside the house. You are invited to enjoy your stay in privacy while the host is still available in the area for your service if needed. For your accommodation here you can use the TV Entertainment, the living room with cooking and dining space, two sleeping rooms, extra shower and comfort rooms in the house and two terraces outside & personal service

This cozy house is perfect for group trips or a simple staycation. It has it's own bedroom,kitchen,bathroom,balcony and car park,this bungalow house can accomodate with a maximum of 5 person. SM Urdaneta(2.6km away) is only 10 minutes drive Public market 10minutes drive. ⭐The Hosts lives just beside the house. 👉Pls take note that Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
