A Beautiful Market Town Home in the Lakes
This home is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage with a warm scandi vibe. The property is in the heart of Ulverston town just a stones throw away from pubs and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Enter the house into an open plan dining room and lounge, complimented by a lovely log burner. The kitchen then follows with access to the back of the house, which has a very small yard and cupboard that can be used for safe bike storage. Upstairs you will find two similar sized rooms with a king and double bed in the first and second room. The third room has a single bed and office space but is big enough for an additional cot/travel cot and the spacious bathroom is located at the end of the landing. The house will allow for one lovely four legged friend as long as they’re well behaved. Contact me for further requests. A range of treats for both humans and pooches will be presented to you on arrival at the house to help you enjoy your stay that little bit more. Read below in the Location section to find out more about the local area and some of my own recommendations. Please note that restaurants and pubs will get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointed make sure you book in advance. Parking is either on street for 1 hour to unload the car and then there are a number of local secure car parks for as little as £1 for 24 hours (Stockbridge Lane Car Park) which is only a few minutes walk from the house.

With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. With continental self-serve breakfast and teas/fresh coffee included, use of the shared family kitchen is also available. Choice of local places to eat, good transport and great walks on your doorstep.

No. 2 Mount Pleasant Cottages, Greenodd
This cosy cottage has been stylishly enhanced to provide guests with a range of modern conveniences whilst retaining some of the original 1880 features. A refurbished wash house, in a separate building across a small court yard, provides guests with additional facilities including utility room, second shower room, equipment drying storage room, secure cycle storage area, quiet room. There is a garden and sun terrace with views across the Leven Estuary. Cottage access via 15 steps from the road.

Relax in this calm stylish space set in beautiful mountain scenery in the heart of the Lake District World Heritage Site. Ideal for couples and families. Sited on the Cumbria Way in the iconic Langdale valley, this light comfortable home offers great access to the outdoors and is close to Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston and Windermere. Sunny open plan living space with woodburner. 3 bedrooms - 2 with king size beds, 1 with twin beds. Garden with lovely views of hills and woodland. Dogs welcome.

Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views
Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat
Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

Buxton Lodge: Modern open-plan cottage, Ulverston
Buxton Lodge is a lovely detached cottage located right in the heart of Ulverston, making this an ideal location to enjoy all the town has to offer. The property has been refurbished and now offers modern open plan living. Some of the property's added extras include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a coffee maker, and under floor heating in the bathroom. ☆This property is in ULVERSTON, CUMBRIA and not in Derbyshire. There is a ongoing problem on the Air bnb website

No.26 Kendal is a beautiful cosy cottage
No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Servants Wing at Claughton Hall, Sleeps 4
The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.

The Loft: Vaulted Ceilings, Beams, Quirky Decor.
This stylishly furnished, bright and modern 1 bedroom former beamed hayloft offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for a couple close to Williamson Park and the Yorkshire Dales. French doors open from the living area onto a private patio and garden area with a circular Summer house overlooking the extensive gardens. The property has private parking and is conveniently situated on the edge of Lancaster.

Gornal Ground House, The Lake District, Cumbria
Gornal Ground House is a five bedroom Victorian Cumbrian farmhouse, sleeping ten and situated at the entrance to the beautiful, unspoiled Duddon Valley; an ideal place from which to explore the Western and Central Fells of the Lake District. Newly renovated, the house is set in large enclosed private gardens and provides an idyllic, child and dog friendly rural retreat for families or groups of friends.

On the door step of the train station. Walking distance to the mile long canal walk to the sea, and the lighthouse. Close to Lake Conniston, Lake Windermere, Grange-Over- Sands and many more. It simply doesn’t get better than this.
