Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Verder beschikt de badkamer ook over een haardroger. In de woonkamer staat een bank waarvan nog een extra bed voor 1 persoon kan worden gemaakt.
