I would highly recommend this place to anyone. There are endless reason why this is the best place to stay, especially with large groups of people. Veey cozy, welcoming home with all the essentials and then some. There are several floors to the house with a lot of stairs so make sure if you rent you are able to manage.

Trevligt boende med allt som gör vistelsen angenäm. Rent och städat. Gångavstånd till Metro och Tram.

Het contact met de verhuurder verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk. Het huis beschikt over uitstekende faciliteiten en alles was voorzien zoals geadverteerd. Het is een mooie woning die perfect geschikt was voor onze vergaderingen.

We had an excellent stay -the apartment was exactly as described. The hosts always accessible and we really appreciated they made space for our belongings in the kitchen and bedroom. The apartment is perfect for a toddler too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We stayed in Gordon's place for few nights and we really enjoyed it. It was cozy, calm and relaxing. We felt immediately like on holiday. + it's located in beautiful area of Pajottenland and National Park Brabantse Wouden, not far from Brussel. Nice spot for walking and cycling. + Stores and bakery are close by (open also on Sunday) + Kitchen was well equipped + It was calm and clean + Comfortable mattress in bed (important information for people age 30+;)

Super logement avec une vue très agréable du salon ou de la terrasse avec un accès au jardin. Pratique, place de parking privée et gratuite. Mobilier complet avec machine à laver, sèche linge, lave-vaisselle, ... un vrai confort pour quelques jours de vacances. Yannick est très réactif et sympathique.

Séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement était encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, mais au calme. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, accueillant et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout !

Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L’appartement de Maryse est idéalement situé près de la place sainte Catherine. Il était très propre, bien équipé, avec un petit balcon sympathique côté chambre qui donne sur d’autres habitations et est très calme. Nos enfants ont apprécié les livres sur place ainsi que le parc de jeux à 5 min de la maison. Il y’a de quoi faire des courses juste à proximité même le dimanche. Une bonne partie de la ville se visite à pied, sinon il y a le tram 51 juste à côté et deux stations de métro également. La communication avec Maryse a été très fluide tout le long de notre séjour et elle a été flexible pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ, ce dont nous la remercions. En résumé, séjour impeccable !

The place was great — very modern and stylish, with everything you could possibly need, and even more. All the amenities were truly amazing and exceeded expectations. It was super comfortable and had a cool vibe overall. The location was okay, 30 minutes walk to the city center. The only small disadvantage was that the apartment was a bit dusty in some areas, but nothing major. All in all, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

The space was immaculately clean upon arrival and the attention to detail was impressive. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautiful. Our host was exceptional - responsive, welcoming, and provided help whenever we needed him. The check-in process was super easy and we really felt like home.

We had a lovely stay at Anwar’s place, he is very responsive, helpful and proactive. He also suggested great restaurants for food where we had a lovely time! The place is easy to find, and is well connected with the public transport!! Highly recommend! 😊

We stayed 10 days at Nick’s place and felt right at home. The living room is spacious with a large sofa and a dedicated work desk. The location is superb with metro station 2mins away for local transport, 10 mins walk to Noord station for intercity trains, and all major tourist attractions under 15 mins walk. Shops and small eats are right nearby. The communication is great with the host, very responsive and helpful. We cancelled a final night with short notice and Nick approved the request without problem. He even walked us to the Noord station to help us get the many luggage onto the train. I would highly recommend Nick’s place to anyone staying in Brussels.

Magnifique appartement, idéalement situé à deux pas de la grand place et pourtant très calme car ne donnant pas côté rue. Pierre et Julie l'ont meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée. Enfin, la communication avec Julie et Pierre a été très fluide et ils nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour notre séjour. Merci encore, c'était parfait !

Très agréable séjour. Lukasz a été arrangeant et toujours avenant. Mais il faudrait revoir les ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, faitouts, poêles) car les poignées sont cassées et ce n'est pas pratique. Et les plats qui étaient dans le four étaient sales et inutilisables.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement d'un tres joli quartier de Bruxelles. L'appartement est très confortable, calme et dispose de toutes les commodités. Les transports sont très facilement accessibles. Natacha est une hôtesse très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un logement à recommander.

We stayed for a week at the end of April. Lieve’s communication is excellent. Quick to respond to our questions and proactive with recommendations. The apartment is well situated in relation to public transport, and is easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The apartment was immaculately clean and had more than enough space for the two of us. It was a wonderful place to return to the end of the day. It has a fantastic outdoor space but we were unable to use because of the weather. I recommend Lieve’s apartment very highly.

Le logement proposé par Muriel est tout simplement exceptionnel. Idéalement situé en plein cœur de Bruxelles, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques, des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, il bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait pour découvrir la ville. L’appartement est magnifiquement décoré et parfaitement équipé, avec un goût raffiné qui crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et chaleureuse. La grande terrasse ajoute une touche de charme unique à ce lieu d’exception. On s’y sent immédiatement privilégié et l’accueil chaleureux de Muriel rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre réserve pour un séjour inoubliable à Bruxelles !

Bei unserem Eintreffen bei der Unterkunft in Ixsselle bei Brüssel, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Alex hat uns bezüglich Check-In sehr gut gebrieft. Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Die sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit der schönen Terrasse war sehr einladend und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Verschiedene Löden sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ins Stadtzentrum hat man zu Fuss, ca. 45-50 Minuten. Mit den Taxi hat man ca. 15 Minuten für einen Preis von ca. 15.20 Euro. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, benötigten wir einen Parkplatz. Diese hatte es zwar genügend in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber die Preise sind schon sehr hoch. Zum Glück hat uns Alex Parkgutscheine besorgt. Das war eine super Geste von Ihm. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.“ in Brüssel und hoffentlich nicht der Letzte.😀

We enjoyed staying at Ekaterina's place a great deal. Great location, a stone throw from Grand Place with walkable distance to most of Brussels sights in quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family of four. Ekaterina's been a great host, proactive asking how we were, how we found it, etc. If we visit Brussels again, we'll know where to stay again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
