Two comfy beds and a memory foam sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, full size tub and shower plus an outdoor shower, private backyard and full size laundry. The closest beach access is 4 blocks and the back river sunsets are a couple blocks away.

Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
