Our charming house was built in the early 1940's. It is located within 3 blocks of the popular south beach (close to Pier). Shopping, restaurants and night life are also just steps away (3 blocks). Once you park in the driveway you never have to get back in your car. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 Bedrooms- 1 with a queen and the other has a full size bed. Apartment has recently been renovated with beachy décor. We are pet friendly! Pets require prior approval and pet fee is $50/pet.

If you bring an additional car it is a $25.00 a day charge. 1 b/r which has a shower, no tub, a king size pull out Ikea sofa bed so it Sleeps as many as 4. Fully stocked kitchen, just bring your own food, beach towels, chairs & sunscreen! Located on Quiet, Family Street.
