We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
