Great place, very clean and pretty modern. One thing is that it is located in a gated community which requires a $50 dollar entry fee for each vehicle you bring (which could add up given it’s a large house! This price is not built into the Airbnb listed price!

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Deborah reached out before and after our arrival, making sure we had what we needed. The home had everything we needed, with extras of all the comforts, such as blankets, pillows, towels, and bedding and ample storage space. There was also a small guide to the ins and outs of the house, which was helpful (especially as a reference at check-out). We especially enjoyed all the board games and crayons--there was plenty to keep the kids occupied when they weren't scurrying up and down the three-level bunk bed.

Second time staying at Penelope’s place. Love the country feel and solitude, yet very close to Modesto and the freeway. She is available and happy to make you feel at home. I will be back.

I 100% recommend staying here!! It’s such a beautiful home and area and such a great get away to have!! The home was huge, beautiful, and so comfortable and welcoming. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and we didn’t have troubles reaching out to her!

Wow..this was such a beautiful place..so roomy and felt like luxe living! Great hostess..I felt so pampered! highend finishes in bath and large walkin shower was awesome. Bed was so comfy and the place had a private oudoor patio. Sonora was so adorable and wanted to stay longer..hope to return.

We had THE BEST time in Groveland and Yosemite for a few days, and the fact that we had such a nice, cute, peaceful place to stay made it all that more enjoyable. After a long day of hiking and sightseeing, we were all excited to get back to the cabin. We loved the decor and the ambiance of this place. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The upstairs was full of games and had the best view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast while watching the sunrise through the huge windows, and then dinner on the deck with the string lights. Everything was perfect. I have 2 toddlers, so it’s nice that there isn’t clutter and too much furniture and things that they can get into. We were looking for a quiet escape from the city, and this was it. All you hear is the wind blowing through the trees and the birds. Awesome vacation and we hope to be back soon. Groveland is a cool little town, we need to explore more. Thanks you again Olga, very accommodating host with a lovely home.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Mike went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. Their cabins were spacious enough to easily host my group 30! Mike also allowed us to check in 3 hours early! The location was fantastic, offering easy access to many local restaurants/markets and lakes! Warm spacious wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the woods. Love it.

Our family absolutely loved this place. The views were breathtaking. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The bath was a cool experience, nothing like a clawfoot tub!! We really enjoyed filling the bird feeder and watching the birds fly around in the yard; we even saw wild turkeys! The neighborhood was very walkable, we found some cool spots to overlook the skyline. If you have the means and the time definitely consider the wellness services Kim offers. We got a couples massage and it was absolutely top notch. Michelle, our massage therapist, was kind, intuitive and very friendly. When you book here (and you should definitely book here!!) just be cautious on the roads up, definitely a windy drive.

My family and I wanted to have a mini vacation to celebrate our now 12 year old grandson, and were so lucky to connect with Tania & Nick to stay in their cozy, spacious, clean, well organized & beautifully decorated cabin. The cabin is located in a great gated community area by a Lake with incredible views and natural beauty. We visited Yosemite twice, enjoyed the beach/lake, had a walk around the cabin, had some much fun in the game room& even were able to see 2 deers. It was amazing! 🤩 Tania & Nick were amazing hosts! They were so thoughtful & mindful of our needs, were so professional, respectful and provided all the information needed for a safe & fun stay. We will most definitely choose their cabin again! Thank you so very much for giving us the opportunity to spend a quality time with our family in such beautiful place!

We spent a couple of days at Veronica’s place during the start of spring. The house had literally everything we needed - from a basketball hoop (with basketball!) in the front driveway, to the hot tub, to the fire pit area in the backyard, plenty of board games inside and a spacious living area. All of the areas were totally spotless and clean. We were traveling with my infant daughter and thankfully there was a high chair and crib provided. We could have easily stayed longer since we were comfortable in the house, but sadly we had to leave! My toddler still talks about how much fun he had. We hope to be back soon!

Initially everything seemed clean and as represented in the app. I was booked in the #2 cabin, this, was to be a doube entendre. There were problems with the plumbing in #2. Random gurgling from the toilet was a warning of a stench that followed, so bad it gave me dry heaves. After another gurgle at 2am, I stepped outside rather than a repeat experiece. I let the host know in the morning what happened just after another round with cabin #2, before I left for the day. I came back being told it was fixed. The place was closed up for the day, opening the door I was shocked by the stench. I stayed outside and waited, went back in to the gurgling bowels of #2 again!. I notified the hosts, who gave me an empty cabin for the night. I was thankful. I still begged them to go smell #2 for themselves. It was that bad. I told the host that I had thought I read another similar complaint from another guest. I was told afterwards that the owner now knows how bad things are in cabin #2.

Lovely place for a small family, the kids enjoyed the arcade games, Very cozy , especially liked the updated bath and kitchen Heaters in every room much appreciated! Location is easy to find and close to the shops for a quick drive!
