Place was great…. Pools nice hot tub nice, apartment just needed a better tv but other than that the place was absolutely great …..close to everything.

Great location! Turtle Cove had great restaurants especially SharkBite that was reasonably priced and if you are lucky can see the shark swim by while eating - however our favourite was Smiths Reef (walking distance) it was never crowded and a family of turtles frequent the spot - My family enjoyed snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

This is a hidden gem. If you want to unplug and get away, then this is your place. You don't have to leave if you don't want to, this place has everything you need. Grace bay is a short drive also if you want to get out.

This property was perfect for our group. The beach was walkable, peaceful, and it felt like our private beach and we went every day. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the grill multiple times as well. The pool was awesome with all of the chairs to relax on. We did have a rental car so we were able to easily get around to the grocery store and restaurants.

Lisa is great. Makes the trip very easy!

The condo area was very nice. There was two pools at different temps and a nice hot tub. Very nice landscaping. Simmons is a nice restaurant on the grounds.

Great place to stay when on Salt Cay. They made sure to pick me up at the airport when I arrived, provided fresh drinkable water, even helped me with all my personal tasks that I wanted to do on the island. Much appreciated.

We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!

Best location on the island!! Beautiful, private beachfront yet so close to local restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Bernadette had someone waiting for us to check in and show us house, plus arranged a ride from airport. Communication was A+ !!

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

Great location for us as we traveled quite a bit. You do need a car but we planned on one anyway. Pool was great to have and the house was very functional for us!

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

Allison's place was fantastic and was exactly what we were expecting. Located a short drive from everything, but it was still secluded and enough off the beaten path to feel special and private. Clean and comfortable, it was a great place to spend a week.

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Wow wow wow! We couldn’t have been happier with our house. The location was amazing! You could walk to everything. A great grocery store was right around the corner and a 3 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping and 15 min walk to the beach. There is easy public parking for the beach so VERY convenient to enjoy gorgeous Grace Bay. The area around the house is somewhat rough but if you are familiar with Turks and Caicos you will know that is typical. It adds to the experience in my opinion:-) Laura is a great communicator and her property manager Ariel was wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay in Provo!

Great location, walkable to all of Grace Bay Beaches and resorts and the local plazas. Roomy house with everything you need. Cold AC that we actually turned down most of the time. Nice private area and the shared pool was always available. Screened in porch was a game changer to keep the young ones in their own space most of the time.

We had an amazing vacation at this beachfront home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The drinking water dispenser was much appreciated. The private pool and water toys were a big hit with the family. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The screened in patio was comfortable after a day at the beach. The house had a few minor challenges. The light in the shower was out and the AC in the kids room was not kicking out cold air. We did let the property manager know. The backyard had limited privacy since it’s shared with the other neighbors across the street. Their high balcony looks right into the french doors over the garage. There are no curtains! Overall, the place is nice and clean.

This was a home away from home. For first timers to Turks this is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway while also being 5 months from shops and restaurants. Having our own private beach with lots of entertaining local kite surfers this place truly goes beyond for your stay. The staff set a bar so high for guest accommodations that I doubt anyone could ever exceed. The house is the perfect setup to enjoy the beautiful weather and hang with your guests as one.

My family stayed 9 days at Shanwell’s place. There were very clear instructions on how to get there and how to check in. The house is gated which makes it feel safer, however the island itself always feels safe. The golf cart was a nice edition even though one was not working, but we used the other one and it was great. I wouldn’t recommend taking them on the highway as they aren’t super fast. We cooked all of our meals and everything worked fine. The BBQ gets extremely hot and we burned some food items as well as a hand, so be cautious and only put one burner on. The kitchen only has 5 forks and the house itself is missing some essentials but overall we mostly had everything we needed. The cooler, beach chairs and umbrella were helpful. The house is very clean and the air conditioning is great. Shanwell was very responsive and helpful the entire trip. He was also very nice to give us early check in and late check out. Thank you Shanwell! We had an amazing time and will visit again.

The villa is so beautiful! Rhondda is an amazing host! We felt right at home and the villa is super clean and smells so fresh! Rhondda welcomed us with refreshments, local beers, snacks for kids and balloons for my husband as it was his birthday! The villa has amazing views and it looks better in person than in pictures! I also loved how they have a laundry there ! it's so important to have a laundry where we can clean clothes for our kids! Best villa we have stayed in !!
