S+ 1 dans une résidence nouvellement bâtie équipée d'un ascenseur, de très haut standing, près de la plage, 2 piscines pour adultes et enfants. L'appartement est très bien équipé: climatiseur, tv LED draps... La partie jour abrite un salon lumineux grâce à un balcon. La cuisine est aménagée et ouvre sur un séchoir. Quant à la partie nuit, elle loge une chambre à coucher et une salle de bain. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

L’appartement est situé au rez de chaussé d’une résidence calme et sécurisée à deux niveaux; entièrement rénové en 08/2021, tous les équipements sont neufs. Nous livrons l’appart propre, avec des serviettes de bains propres, des draps de lits propres, du savon liquide, du shampoing, du gel douche et du papier toilette. + internet + abonnement IPTV + 2 télés Il n'y a pas de place de parking dédiée mais sur place il y a plusieurs places de parking collectives ou vous pouvez vous garer.
