This is an amazing property and the photos do not do it justice. Every bedroom (3) is spacious with comfortable beds and cheerful decor. The kitchen is super well equipped (the Krups coffee maker is a Porsche). The yard is full of roses, the pool is delightful, and parking was secure. Best of all, the young couple who built the house live next door. Nicoletta and her husband Bogdan are delightful. They made us fish delicacies on the outdoor grill. Bogdan took us in his boat (6 of us; fits 8-10) to the amazing beach at Gura Portitei, then waited many hours for us for less than the ferry costs. Meanwhile, people who had to work had excellent WiFi. It was a wonderful whirlwind visit and we will come back for a week next summer. NOTE: We traveled with our 4 adult children but this property would be especially great for two families traveling with young children. Cats, chickens, playground in the yard...Basically a rural paradise.

Halmaghe was a great host! He met us at the front gate, showed us the property and checked in on us throughout our stay. He even made us coffee in the morning and a snack! His property is great, safe and secure. Our rooms were cozy, and shower was excellent. He has a wonderful summer kitchen in the back of the property with great views of the wetlands area that stretches back to the Ukraine border. The outskirts of Tulcea is ten minutes away by car with excellent restaurants available, including one recommended by Halmaghe (which was excellent). All in our group were very pleased with the property and our hosts hospitality. Thank you again Halmaghe!

Truly perfect holiday place - quiet, incredibly clean, with hosts who will do everything to help. The host booked us a boat to go visit the city of Sulina, and it was the most wonderful experience, with a lovely boat driver who explained everything and was incredibly respectful of the environment. One person in our group wanted to go fishing, so the host took them out to the delta on their personal boat and spent the day fishing with them. The food was incredible, the best meal we've had in the delta by far. This is now the second time we've come here, because it is just such a beautiful experience.

Extremely friendly host, beautiful village, old comfortable house in the delta. Loved the unpaved roads in sf gheorghe. Cristi can facilitate other activities as well, like eating woth the locals. All in all, it made our vacation seem like the old days on the sea side

The house is beautiful and very clean. The room of us was great. We stayed with razvans grandparents in the house. Which was very relaxed. they are very nice. The grandmother gave us super delicious breakfast and dinner. Which was very good, since there are no supermarkets. We have a fantastically beautiful boat trip with the neighbors.

Confortabil, curat și foarte plăcut. Arată mai bine decât e prezentat în foto. Lucrurile din interior sunt de bună calitate și totul te face să te simți foarte bine imediat. Comunicarea cu doamna Liliana este clară și prietenoasă. Apreciem tot efortul dânsei și revenim cu placere.

One of the hidden gems of Sulina city. Pentru and his mother were more than helpful and communicative. The little house is amazing and cozy, their garden is amazing and their response to whatever we needed was flawless. Recommending this little house to everyone going there.
