The space is not shared with main house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen tv. The larger bedroom has a microwave, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and has an en suite bathroom. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and wash all linens before each guest arrival. We are walking distance to Tulane, Loyola, streetcar, restaurants, bars and shopping! Super quiet and safe area.

Walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities. 10-15 minute drive to Superdome, Downtown and French Quarter. Streetcar is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Lush garden with gas grill. This is studio is located in the quiet, family area of Carrollton. No guests under 21. Full kitchen (shared) can be made available with advance request.
