Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Villa Yanko is situated in Tucepi, one of the most famous destinations of the Makarska Riviera. This part of Dalmatia is known for its crystal clear sea and for kilometers of beautiful pebble beaches, one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. It's close to bigger cities like Split or Makarska and situated just beneath the mountain range Biokovo, And those who are more into sightseeing or nightlife, will not be disappointed as some of the most beautiful islands are easy to reach from there.

The apartment is completely new and features a modern interior. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which has a double bed. In the living room, there is a couch which you can convert into a double bed. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. Downstairs, there is another self-contained apartment. (I have included it in another Airbnb listing.) The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one extra bed. If you reserve both apartments, they can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

House is renovated in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. "Olive" is air-conditioned, has wifi, barbecue, parking space, SAT/TV and it is pet-friendly.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
