Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Wood home in the forest

Escape to this cozy wooden house, tucked deep in the forest, just 20-30 minutes from Tbilisi. The house offers breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding trees, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Due to its remote location, at winter time it's best reached by an off-road or high-clearance vehicle, from spring till winter it can be reached by all cars except sport cars. The interior features a warm, wooden design, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Artistic feeling Home

Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. The house is located in the historical, old cultural district of Tbilisi. In front is the building of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia , which is a cultural monument. Also an ancient architecture. The apartment has a simple, modern design. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from house to Metro. Near our apartament are a lot of cafes, shops, markets, Macdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, theatres and interesting monuments. We are always happy to host you

A bright home in the very centre of the Old Town

A real Tbilisi home, full of light and greenery. It is located in one of the best areas of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, just 260 metres from Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main street. Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. High ceilings, four spacious rooms and a private entrance give it the rare feeling of a real home right in the very centre of the city.

Bird Nest Tbilisi

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.

The place is in the right middle of Tbilisi center. It is close to public transport and nightlife. You'll love my place because of outdoor space. My place is good for couples and solo adventures. The apartment is newly renovated, well designed and very comfortable (17 sq.m) is the best choice with the price. The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic building, close to the Opera hause.
