Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

The apartment is close to the The Baotić Marina, old town of Trogir and shopping centre - all in range of just 5 min on foot. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea. Public beach with a boat rental agencies are within 500m.
