Ho soggiornato nella casa di Davide e Chiara nel mese di Luglio 2024 e ho trovato l'appartamento come da descrizione, ordinato, pulito, ventilato, luminoso e con tutto il necessario per vivere un'esperienza più che positiva. Con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene, a nostro agio, rilassati al massimo grazie al silenzio nelle ore notturne e le finestre aperte che rinfrescavano notevolmente gli ambienti. Cucina e zona pranzo complete e orientate alla convivialità con due ampi terrazzi (totale 3). Zone notte curate nei dettagli, fornite di tutto, eventuali piumini compresi. Bagno essenziale ma più che funzionale, comoda doccia. Alcune eventuali migliorie potrebbero esserci ma dipende dai punti di vista. Chi viaggia sa che il problema maggiore sono i letti, io li ho trovati comodi e della durezza giusta, cuscini compresi. Cantina per le biciclette ottima e posto auto con relativo cancello top. TV e WiFi integrati da Amazon Prime, ascensore al pia no, pianerottolo sfruttabile.

Das Dörfchen Partschins hat eine tolle Lage inmitten der Berge. Nicht weit von Meran entfernt und direkt am bekannten Wasserfall gelegen, bietet es prima Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Birgit und ihr Mann sind total herzliche Gastgeber. Immer gut drauf und einen coolen Spruch auf den Lippen. Die Kommunikation verlief stets reibungslos. Als ich mir während des Urlaubs eine Verletzung zugezogen habe, hat uns Birgit direkt weitergeholfen und war stets für uns erreichbar. Ihre Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung (v.a. Wanderungen) und Restaurants waren ebenso super! Das Apartment selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird. Auch für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das nette Personal Daumen hoch! Das Freibad ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Sauna im Haus bietet die Möglichkeit zur Entspannung. This place is amazing. The pictures are as accurate as they can be but they have a towel warmer in the bathroom and heated floors. Everything you need in the kitchen. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Nice shower. Cozy table outside for morning breakfast. The setting is otherworldly. The road to the house truly needs a 4x4. So if you don’t have one you park below at the bridge and they will pick you up. You just need to plan ahead. The house is right on hike 15 so we hiked down (30 min) to the Alpe di Siusi lift. Rent bikes right next to the lift and you then have all day to ride bikes up there. It’s an amazing way to do the Alpe. Because you have to get a ride up to the house, make sure you have the food you need, the wine and anything else. Once you get home you won’t likely go back out. The hosts are very talented people and everyone knows them! We loved our stay and would definitely be back.

A majestic chalet next to the ski lifts, the property has been designed and built to a very high spec, it has a very alpine homely feel but so modern. Both the hot tub and sauna super easy to use and always warm/ spotless clean. Special thanks to Hans and Nathalie that were great hosts. We will be back next year for sure!

Robi and Marina were one of the best hosts that we ever had on Airbnb. On the first day we had a problem with the battery of our car and needed a new one. Robi immediately organized a new one. Both of the hosts were so friendly and lovely, just like there wonderful cat Dakota. Marina helped us with traveling suggestions. We'd love to come back. Denise & Nadine

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und äußerst entspannten Urlaub in dem schönen, kleinen und sehr charmanten Ort Schabs. Schabs ist optimal gelegen, um schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen zu unternehmen, nahe zu Brixen und Bozen. Wir wurden äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich von Ulrich empfangen, total sympathisch. Der Check In war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des schönen, komfortablen und komplett neuen Apartments, das modern und zugleich gemütlich ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Topp!!! Die Unterkunft erhält von uns 10 von 10 Sternen! Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Wir sind begeistert und waren rundum zufrieden.

Apartment was perfect for our stay. It was centrally located, we were able to park on site, and it was super clean and had everything we needed or wanted.
