アソロとバッサーノの間にある緑に囲まれた歴史的なヴィラでお部屋を提供しています。客室、共用バスルーム、キッチンは2階にあり、音楽エリアとは別の棟にあるため、完全に静かです。ヴィーガンバー/レストラン、美術展、コンサート、スクリーン印刷ワークショップ（水曜日から日曜日まで営業）を特徴とする自費による都市再生プロジェクトです。文化協会エリアにアクセスするには、会員カードが必要です。会員カードは無料で、お部屋にフォームがあります。
