A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Dreaming Buffalo is a sunny, art-filled cottage located on 11 supremely peaceful acres just 12 miles from downtown Austin. This sanctuary has all the creature comforts of home, including a full kitchen, walk-in closet, and record player. The backyard features a fire pit and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning hill country sunsets surrounded by song birds, bunny rabbits, and deer. The area feels much more remote than it is. Peace & quiet in nature is the main draw here at our sanctuary.

Once a horse stable, we saw the potential for this amazing space to not only host people, but to also inspire them. Named for the two heritage oaks whose branches embrace the space, Twin Oaks features 2 bedrooms with a spacious jack-and-jill-style bath. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. The patio delights, with gorgeous views, firepit and heated stock tank pool for year-round soaking. Welcome to bliss, y’all.

Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 20 minutes from Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, the location is perfect for shopping, music, sports venues, water parks and more, yet guests get the feeling of being in the country with free range chickens, farm fresh eggs, wild birds, three kittens and two livestock guardian dogs, Maggie and Bruce. Enjoy the cooler weather by staying in with a bonfire!
