Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Cozy Cedar Treehouse

Our space is a 30 x 12 cedar 4 season porch enhanced in boho decor with Earth's natural elements and warmth of a treehouse. Relaxing authentic Turkish globes surround you. Private sitting areas in the trees, perfect for grilling, entertaining or hanging low and watching the stars. Private courtyard for a more tranquil, intimate setting with a gas glass lit firepit. Come alone, bring your spouse, friend or child. It's a perfect spiritual retreat located 45 min west of MSP Airport.

Carriage House by Peaceful Hay field

This beautiful carriage house is located next to a historic and unique "Chaska Brick" farmhouse. The second floor of the carriage house has an open area with a bed, couch, chairs, table, and a smart TV (no classic TV service but has all the apps to log into). The wet bar has Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge to keep food cool or warm things up. Entire lower level flat with your own separate entrance and parking. My place is close to restaurants, Arboretum, Paisley Park, bike trails, and wineries. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and lots of space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is no cleaning fee.
