we loved our stay! perfect for what we needed. close to the canal for a stroll about to streach our legs after a long drive. we had the best nights sleep. will defo be back again!

My best friend and I had the most perfect stay at Felicity's little house. The large gardens surrounding the property were beautiful and this was echoed within the home itself with fresh flowers and thoughtful touches throughout. To the rear is a private outdoor area home to some very friendly chickens which we loved watching as they wandered round. I could not recommend this home highly enough and we both would love to come back soon.

We had a lovely stay at this totally unique place for our week in and around Manchester. Everything was just perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. Response from Jason and Sophia was quick and welcoming. No complaints at all.

The place was perfect and was located in the perfect location has we were attending a 50th Birthday with friends. The location was close to the resturan and also a lovely pub called the Hind within walking distance and served a great Sunday roast would recommend a visit.

The place is brilliant, spacious & very clean with great hosts. Rachel & Ed have been superb and did more than they needed to do. It was very quiet & peaceful. The bathroom was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. Thank you Rachel & Ed, it was a pleasure to stay with you.

We had a lovely stay and this location was exactly what we were looking for. It’s secluded, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We were even able to complete a magnificent walk up Kinder Scout directly from the cottage without getting in the car. This was a perfect holiday for our small family including two young children ages six and four. We would happily visit here again!

Sweet, homely little house, very private with easy parking. Clean and tidy. Warm and cozy in December. It was easy to book last minute and good value for money. Will book again when visiting family.

What an incredible place! The cottages are absolutely beautiful— really cozy, and set in the most picturesque little village. We came for a chilled girls weekend and it was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly—we’re already planning to return!

We really loved this place where we stayed as a base to do the Manchester Marathon. It was so quiet and peaceful. The garden was beautiful and we had lots of birds visiting and feeding. We even had a fox visit one evening that watched us watching it. That made my day after completing the marathon. The hosts had thought of everything. They welcomed us when we arrived and showed us round. The kitchen and bathroom etc had everything we needed. It really is a beautiful setting here and we have no hesitation in recommending a stay here with easy access to travel in and around Manchester. If we’re mad enough to come and do the marathon again we would love to stay here again. Thank you

We had a few days visiting family in the area. The hosts were very helpful and replied very quickly to all messages. It's a lovely, well equipped little house. I would definitely book it again in the future.

What’s a gem in Eccles! Quiet and cosy with high degree of privacy, everything is new, clean, and easy to use. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with clean linen. Highly recommended

We enjoyed a couple of nights to visit friends in Chester and explore the local area. Adam’s place is lovely and quiet with only the birdsong and some good local pubs to enjoy. Recommend if you’re visiting the Knutsford area.

Immediately we arrived we felt relaxed and at home and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The space is beautifully arranged and so comfortable and we had everything we needed. The views across the surrounding countryside were lovely. The location is also very close to the surrounding suburbs (we enjoyed a super breakfast at Cafe Valentino in Bramhall) and shops. A great stay! The studio was clean, comfortable, and totally private — just what I needed. The beds were cosy, and the space was simple but well laid out. Great communication from the host, who was supportive throughout. Would definitely stay again — thank you!
