This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). The abundance of natural lighting, private porch, and private entrance (you will walk through host's kitchen) will make for a one-of-a-kind stay. The suite is located downtown within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Note: There is a cat in the home.

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

The Stella house is old, unique, and has a lot of history. We hope you will appreciate the furnishings that match the era of a 100+ year old house. Close to many of the area's popular attractions like the Laura Ingalls Wilder Trail/Museum and Pipestone Monument. This small town has a great small lake with lakeside park and public access.
