We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was absolutely amazing and met all of our needs. We loved the attention to details and all the little things that made us feel at home. The hair elastics in the bathroom were greatly appreciated with 2 young girls. We all were comfortable in the well laid out home. Had a blast in the secret game room and made a lifetime of memories. 100% recommend this property and will definitely rent from Desmond and India again. Thanks!

This was our second stay in the “Sisters Cabin”, and just like our first in 2022, it did not disappoint! Located on a bluff in bucolic, sylvan Monteagle, TN, this is a quiet, restful retreat that features super-comfortable beds, killer sunsets and views and a lovely covered back porch. Colene and her sister, Carla, are consummate, communicative hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home and are well taken-care of! Carla even came by twice during our weekend to drop off some blankets during an unexpected May cold snap and to re-light the fireplace pilot light. It can be a little tricky to find the place at night or if it’s your first visit, but that is part of the “off-the-beaten-path” vibe that enhances the retreat-like atmosphere of the property. We can’t recommend this quaint, comfortable and clean-as-whistle cabin enough! We also were pleased to see some upgrades and refreshed amenities (blackout blinds, new tile shower in the 3rd BR). I absolutely loved every thing about this place! We visited for my son’s birthday and I was elated at the views & how beautiful the place was. It was clean and super cozy. I slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. We will definitely be back to visit again!

This space provided a wonderful getaway for a girls weekend with close friends. The beds are comfortable, the creature comforts (blankets and sheets) are well appointed, and the screened in deck in the back of the house is full of zen! Thank you for creating a space to unplug and recharge. My girlfriends and I loved our time together in your not so tiny, tiny home :-)

ZAID is one great SUPER SUPER HOST! This is always true. Not only have I needed to stay with ZAID, but I’ve sent EVERY guest who wants to enjoy Chattanooga to ZAID! Thoughtful touches. Pure water in the fridge. Cooking pans and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Close to the grocery store. Such a GREAT VALUE for a 2 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATHS with a fireplace and huge screen TV and a kitchen table and sofa and chairs. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower, so you’re SET! And, I love sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee. Thank you, ZAID, for another perfect stay so that I could finish my BOOK! You are JUST the BEST! FIVE STARS! I would give you TEN STARS if I could!

10/10 stars for this spot! Very private and cozy! Would absolutely stay again! Dom and Bonnie both incredible neighbor doggies! Full kitchen. There is nothing bad to say about this space!
