Gatehouse By The Gardens

Gatehouse offers everything you need for your short term stay. Refresh in a wet room-style bathroom, complete with oversized bath and dual-head shower. Then tuck in to the complimentary breakfast in the cozy but well appointed air-conditioned interior. Have dinner in the beautiful tropical courtyard, which offers a large gas BBQ and loads of extra space to relax. Families are looked after with two portacot's, child friendly tableware, games, children's books and a park just next door. A generous 2 bedroom apartment, with a relaxed modern feel and plenty of space to relax on the huge shaded deck or chill in the ducted air-conditioning. Backing onto the the beautiful Botanical Anderson Gardens, which is great for strolling through and getting little ones to spend up some energy with lots of shady paths and ducks to feed by the pond. The Apartment and surrounding property are all on one level with a single 9cm step into the living area from the garage. There are no level changes out onto the deck or into the bathroom or shower area. The bathroom is a wet room style with an oversized bath for extreme relaxation. The shower area has a hand held shower head and a large luxurious rain shower head with a selector valve to choose between the two. A chair for showering can be provided by request. We have an absolute no smoking policy. There are no designated smoking areas anywhere on the property. A breakfast of bacon, eggs, bread, butter, and porridge plus all the Teas, coffee, hot chocolate, chilled water, and any pantry items are all provided for you in the kitchen. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Toothbushes and Toothpaste, Razors and Candles are provided for your convenience. The TV in the loungeroom is connected to an android TV box with access to the Internet and a DVD Movie library. The large Deck is a fabulous place to dine or just chill out listening to the birds while looking out to the park. The small Garage (3m x 5m) is suitable for small cars only but there is plenty of parking on the front lawn with 4 available spots. The City centre is a 10 min drive away with the Strand (well worth visiting) a 15 min drive from Gatehouse. By car to the Airport is 10 mins and the Train Station is 6 min. I will greet you to show you around. Beyond that, you will have your privacy. We are passionate about Hosting and are flexible with check in times and offer early luggage drop off if needed. We can also arrange pickups from the Airport, Train Station or Buses work permitting for a small fee. Stroll in the botanical gardens, enjoy easy access to the Mater Hospital which is only 300 Meters away, plus cafes and supermarkets. Townsville Stadium is only 4-minute drive away. Browse the boutiques at Castletown Shopping Centre, which is a similar distance. Multiple Bus stops are located within 500m of apartment. There is a $150.00 penalty for smoking on or in the premises. Guests who stay longer than a week will be serviced with a changover of all linens and towels.

Paradise by the river.

Relax and enjoy your stay in this stylish studio apartment overlooking the tranquil waters of Ross River. Surrounded by nature, this idyllic setting is the perfect space for a couple's retreat, business trip or holiday base. Beachfront on The Strand, two bedrooms, seaviews

This beachfront 81sqm fully airconditioned unit is located along one of Townsville's best streets - The Strand. There are views from the side-facing balcony to the ocean. The two-bedroom apartment has one queen-sized bed and one double-sized bed. The second-floor unit has the convenience of self check-in. The unit is walking distance to all Townsville beachside living, and the city, has to offer. Wi-Fi's complimentary and you've one undercover car space in front of your private laundry room.

Casa Barron - Private GF Unit in Tropical Settings

We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking. We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

You’ll love our place because of the position on Townsville's picturesque waterfront. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). As well as the queen size bed in the bedroom there is a double pull-out sofa suitable for kids.A TV in both the bed room and lounge.The complex including underground car park is fully secured. Positioned in the hub of The Strand surrounded by restaurants, takeaways, pubs & a large Coles Supermarket around the corner.

Private 1-bed Apartment in tropical oasis

Our Granny Flat is a tranquil oasis, set high up in the palm trees overlooking our swimming pool. Lorikeets whizz by, butterflies cruise by and you'll hear the occasional train toot. We're located in a lovely suburb walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive into the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower.

Located in the heart of Townsville on The Strand with ocean and hill views. Stunning, spectacular, million dollar sea views, in beachfront apartment looking to Magnetic Island, the horizon and all along The Strand Esplanade. Watch and listen to the ocean from your apartment and fall asleep to the sound of waves. In the heart of the Strand Esplanade's cafes, restaurants, sightseeing and CBD.
