Watch out for the step halfway between the sidewalk and the main steps. For those who have decreased mobility, the master suite is located on the main floor. There is dual-zone central heating and air conditioning, with Nest thermostats downstairs (hallway to master) and upstairs (just outside bedroom door to the left at top of stairs).
