The apartment looked even better in person than on the photos! Great endowment and an amazing location with the sea, shopping facilities and great restaurants within spitting distance. The host was always accessible to help with the aircon etc. All in all a great experience and holiday!

Yuri really communicated well with us from before we set of for Garda, all through our stay right up til our departure, even checking if we managed to check out with no problem. The apartment is fabulous. Immaculate, well equipped, right in the middle of the beautiful old town centre. If you come by car there is a good parking solution just on the boundary of the pedestrianised area, about an easy 8 minute walk to the apartment. The parking isn't free - we paid 28€ for just under 48 hrs. As soon as you leave the apartment, there are shops, bars , restaurants and cafés surrounding you. It is about 2-3 minutes down to the harbour with many options for eating and drinking. We walked to Bardolino along the pedestrianised walkway - took about 35 minutes. Just a lovely experience. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist super, alles war gut erreichbar. Der Check-in war einfach dank klarer Anweisungen, und der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nossa estadia com Rafael não poderia ter sido melhor, quer dizer, poderia! Se tivesse durado mais 😂 que lugar incrível! as fotos do airbnb não descrevem a beleza da villa, definitivamente! amigos e familiares, vendo as fotos que postei nas redes sociais, me perguntavam se o lugar era de verdade e, realmente, parede um sonho! a localização é perfeita, bem perto do centro da cidade, facilmente acessível da villa. o quarto é bonito, super bem equipado, super confortável para estadias mais longas. a villa é deslumbrante, com o jardim e as flores mais lindas que já vi. o Rafael é um anfitrião incrível, educado, prestativo e que nos faz sentir em casa! levei meu cachorro e ele pôde passear à vontade pelos jardins, relaxar debaixo das árvores, ele aproveitou tanto! não tenho palavras para agradecer ao Rafael, por tudo! além disso, riva del garda é uma cidade maravilhosa, até agora minha cidade preferida na italia! resumindo: voltaremos com toda a certeza! recomendo absolutamente!

Der gesamte Team von Valeria war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, wurde schnell geholfen falls nötig und sogar nachgefragt ob Hilfe benötigt wird👍. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut auf einem Hügel gelegen, sehr schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenstern, die umliegende Berge sind sehr schön zu sehen, unvergänglich, gerade beim schönen Wetter. Die Region wie auch der Ort ist sehr kinderfreundlich gestaltet. Gefühlt alle 800m liegt ein neuer Kinderspielplatz. Ich würde die Unterkunft wir auch den Ort sehr gerne weiterempfehlen! Eine erstklassige Adresse, degrade für Familien mit Kinder die Natur und wandern mögen!!!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen über die Osterferien da, eine besonders schöne Zeit, da alles blüht und grünt. Um so schöner war es daher, den Garten mit nutzen zu können. Man kann zum Frühstück schön in der Gartenecke sitzen, mit Blick aufs Tal und die Berge. Es gibt in Arco und Umgebung wenig Unterkünfte, die so eine Möglichkeit bieten. Die Wohnung ist, wie schon zahlreich beschrieben, geräumig und insbesondere die drei zu den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern gehörigen Bäder sind sehr angenehm. Dadurch bedrängt man sich nicht gegenseitig. Jeder hat mit einem eigenen Zimmer seinen Rückzugsraum und wenn man möchte, findet man sich in der Küche oder im Garten wieder zusammen. Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden und wenn nötig ist Michele schnell zur Stelle. Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eva nos atendio con mucha dedicacion , nos sentimos muy comodos y a gusto con las instalaciones, totalmente nuevas y de vanguardia. Mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos, se ocuparon de atender todas nuestras necesidades y fue tan amable que la molestamos en muchas ocaciones para que nos recomendara lugares y nos ayudo mucho con todo. Altamente recomendable

Siamo talmente soddisfatti che torneremo il prossimo anno! appartamento incantevole, piscina wow, luogo da favola. Per una vacanza tranquilla è il posto ideale, anche per chi ha figli. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi e tutti i servizi sono a portata di mano! Accoglienza ottima , e lo staff è sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali imprevisti! LUOGO SPECIALE!

We loved our stay. The location is wonderful - up a little mountain road, so we had an amazing view over the Lake. A car is essential for most people, as it's a 20-30 minute walk down to the nearest village. The pool is gorgeous and was cleaned regularly while we were there. The rooms are lovely. The outdoor space with roof garden, large balcony and pool area was perfect for such a large group. They could do with addressing a couple of minor issues, like the shower head in the en-suite bathroom doesn't reach the hook, and they could do with putting a few more glasses in the kitchen, but none of these issues detracted from our stay, which all 14 of us really enjoyed.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 persone + 1 cane di taglia piccola in questo bellissimo appartamento. Si tratta di un alloggio panoramico molto tranquillo in cui abbiamo potuto veramente rilassarci per tutto il tempo in cui siamo stati. Tutta la struttura è moderna e arricchita da una bellissima piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. La gestione della struttura è stata ottima così come la disponibilità di Fabio che seguiva tutta la manutenzione e il check-in. Inoltre la struttura è solo a un quarto d’ora di distanza da Riva del Garda e a meno di 10 minuti da Torbole cosa estremamente vantaggiosa per chi come me pratica Windsurf. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Paola und Fabio in der Nähe von Arco war einfach traumhaft! Die Villa ist äußerst modern, hochwertig und minimalistisch eingerichtet – ein echtes Wohlfühlambiente auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns der Whirlpool, die Sauna und der wunderschöne Pool (leider konnten wir ihn im April wetterbedingt noch nicht nutzen). Die Lage in den Bergen ist einfach fantastisch – absolut ruhig und umgeben von Natur. Der Ausblick aus dem großen Panoramafenster und wirklich von jedem Bereich der Villa ist atemberaubend. Ob morgens beim Aufwachen oder abends beim Entspannen – diese Aussicht ist unvergleichlich. Paola und Fabio sind herausragende Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Auszeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaft schönen Unterkunft! Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend – vor allem der Blick von der Sauna direkt auf den See war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Massimo war hervorragend, er war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war perfekt organisiert, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und können dieses Airbnb nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank, Massimo, für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

It is such a beautiful house with lots of space. We went as a friend group and we really enjoyed spending time there. The road to the house is a mountain road that seemed a bit too narrow and dangerous but Armando picked us and our friends up with the car and he was very helpful introducing the house and showing the way. I am sure it would be more amazing around summer time, would recommend visiting the house and Garda.

I wish we had time on our vacation for more than one night at the B&B. It was beautiful inside and out.

Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden in der Unterkunft. Bestens ausgestattet und ein wundervoller Garten mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lori met us at the apartment and was instantly super friendly and accommodating. She showed us around the place (which is finished superbly and right out of Pinterest). She went the extra mile as we hadn't eaten and she walked with us to the local restaurant she recommended and made sure we understood the menu. Really excellent on communication, amazing place to stay and we've had a dream holiday. We will definitely come back again as Avesa was quiet but so close to the city and easy access to the lakes. Great host, gorgeous accommodation and beautiful location. 5 stars and then some.

Es war sehr angenehm und ruhig in der Unterkunft. Katia hat für unseren Ankunfstag Frühstück besorgt,und wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war, wurde es sofort gelöst. Auch die Nutzung der Sauna an veregneten Tagen war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenfhalt.

Suoerbe logement très bien situé, à 30 minutes en voiture de toutes les villes à visiter aux alentours, de belles randonnées à réaliser avec un départ à pied depuis le logement et une belle vue sur le lac ! Appartement très propre, bien équipé et spacieux pour nos animaux et leurs maîtres dans la belle résidence campi avec possibilité d'y faire de nombreuses activités (tennis, ping pong, mini golf, piscine extérieure et intérieure sur demande à la réception et selon les disponibilités. Par contre, le wellness est réservé aux clients de l'hôtel). La cuisine est bien équipée en vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles et produits alimentaires de base (sel, poivre, huile, herbes/épices, chocolat). Le réseau WiFi est de très bonne qualité. Pour passer un appel téléphonique, la réception est meilleure depuis la terrasse du logement. Très belle terrasse ombragée avec transats, table et chaises. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir sans hésiter !

Прекрасная вилла, очень чисто, классный бассейн, на кухне есть все необходимое. Алена помогла нам с заселением, принесла кроватку для младшей дочки. Все прошло прекрасно. Были только трудности с кондиционером, выставляется климат один на весь этаж, и у нас получилось, что в гостиной очень жарко, а в спальнях очень холодно.
