Town House,Walking Distance To Town,Beach,Harbour.

A 4 bedroom family home in Torquay, Torbay which is close to Paignton,Brixham and Kingskerswell,located high ground of town with a walking distance to Town, the Beach and the Harbour with a beautiful view ongoing. Fantastic positioning to access different points of Torquay via the Town or Seafront. Street parking is sometimes available, it can be roughly a 10-15 minute wait for a space if there isn't one. If you have a baby and request for the baby bath and cot, please contact before your stay

The English Riviera Home

Attractive town house less than 5 mins walk from Meadfoot Beach and 20 mins walk from Ansteys Cove both with lovely cafes and stunning views of Torbay. Kent’s Cavern and Ilsham Valley are similar distances. Nearby shops are at Wellswood. There is free parking all along the road opposite the house It’s about a 15 minute walk into Torquay and harbour area or 5 minute drive. Bus to town stops 50m away. The train station is in Torquay and it’s a 40 minute drive to Exeter and its airport.

Lisburne Place - 3 Bedroom Luxury Holiday Home

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

Stunning Town house Situated in the heart of St Marychurch minutes from the shopping precinct and Babbacombe Downs. The house has undergone major renovation and has been fully refurbished to a high standard which consists of four bedrooms a large open plan lounge dining room and an amazing kitchen, with mainly Miele appliances. The Garden has a hot tub, bbq and outside seating area. There is ample free on street parking close to the house.
