An idyllic beach haven set in the heart of South Devon. The Bolt Hole has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 with a superking, king and two single beds. Beautifully presented throughout with a nautical and rustic theme, and in a great location for water-sports, restaurants and waterside dining, just a few minutes from all local amenities. The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
