Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Un petit coin de paradis entre Disney et Paris

Bonjour, ( if you dont speack french, please send me a message and i gonna answer you in english :) Aimant les rencontres et ayant à disposition un appartement qui ressemble à une petite maison de 40m², je vous accueillerai avec plaisir. L'appartement que je vous propose se trouve au cœur d'une jolie cour paisible juste à côté de celui où je serai ce qui permets de passer des temps conviviaux si vous le souhaitez ou bien de préserver votre intimité. Parfait pour un séjour inoubliable, appartement situe dans une résidence de grand standing, la plus proche á pieds (á peine 10 min) de l'entrée du parc Disneyland, Bus gratuit au pied de la résidence, à seulement un arrêt de Disney (environ 5 min), au coeur d'un quartier nouveau, tranquille et dynamique avec toutes commodités proches Centre commerciale val d'Europe, pharmacie, boulangerie et de nombreux restaurants pour tout les goûts à seulement deux pas. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir

Detached house close to Paris/train and Disneyland

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Loft à proximité de Disneyland indépendant

Mon logement est proche de Disneyland Paris (15 km), de Paris (25 km) et à 3 km de la base olympique de Vaires . Proche de tous commerces, cinémas, centre commercial et restaurants. RER A à 1,5 km (bus 220 ou 421 à 3 mn à pied du loft), autoroute A4 à proximité.. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son style Loft, son confort, son calme, sa luminosité, son petit espace de verdure et son parking privatif sécurisé... Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles avec enfants. WiFi.

Charmant pied-à-terre entre Disney et Paris

15mn à pied du stade nautique de Vaires. Soirées festives et réceptions non autorisées. Chambre, petit salon avec canapé-lit attenant et en souplex avec accès direct par le jardin. En centre-ville, 7 mn à pied des commerces et de la gare qui vous amène à Paris en 18 mn. Accès à Disney 25mn en voiture ou par le Rer A en 45mn. Un endroit idéal pour profiter de Paris tout en étant à la "campagne" ! Petit-déjeuner inclus. Accès à notre cuisine. Caution : We have a dog and a cat

Studio de Charme

Ce Studio situé sur le terrain des propriétaires, mais totalement indépendant, confortable, lumineux, au calme, sera idéal pour un couple souhaitant visiter Paris et Disneyland. Ou un étudiant pour passer le concours des Ecoles de Descartes. Proche également du Centre Culturel "La Ferme du Buisson". Et des Centres de Formations de Noisiel ou Noisy le Grand. Nous laissons à disposition, une place dans notre cour, pour stationner une voiture de taille moyenne, sans supplément.

Disney - Paris - Vallée Village - Village Nature

Je suis ravi de vous acceuillir dans mon appartement qui est à 2 minutes à pied de la Vallée Village et du Centre Commercial du Val d'Europe. Le parc DisneyLand Paris est à seulement 1,5km. Possibilité d'accueillir 4 personnes maximum: couple, affaire, solo, voyageurs avec enfants. Vous y retrouverez toutes commodités : transports, commerces... Paris est accessible en 30 minutes. L’entrée autonome vous permettra une grande souplesse quant à votre horaire d’arrivée.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Charming cosy studio near Paris and Disneyland

Completely refurbished in may 2022, the studio is located opposite a green garden which offers calm and tranquility. The town center is an 8 minute walk away. The studio is served by the bus and by the stations of Bry sur Marne or Noisy le Grand. Paris is 20 minutes away by RER as is Disneyland Paris. It is perfect for single travellers, couples, families with a toddler. Near INA and SFP 10 minutes walk. Free street parking. NO SMOKING
