House in Cornwall

Relax with family or friends at this spacious Cornish escape in an area of outstanding beauty on the coast. Stylishly welcoming up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the modern detached house sits among the treetops above the Helford River at the end of a private driveway with its own parking area. A big garden, open-plan living space with bifolds and huge deck with stunning views make it a perfect hideaway, with beautiful Cornish beaches and coastal walks under a ten-minute walk away.

The blue house - sun trap in Porth

Beautiful house with sea views throughout. You can’t help but feel like the sky and ocean are inside with you. Newly renovated - Simple, modern and comfortable decor will make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Balconies, wrap around garden and south facing terrace means all day sun. When the sun sets the light fills the whole house with an incredible glow. 3 minutes walk and you’ll be at porth beach! Stunning waterside property on a hidden Quay overlooking the harbour and sea, minutes from the high street with, independent shops, cafe’s & restaurants. Luxury accommodation; 2 king bedrooms & ensuites+ 2 more bedrooms & family bathroom. Living room, Dining room & kitchen open onto the balcony overlooking the sea. There is an electric log burner for Yuletide ambience. On-site Parking for 1 car. Can be extended by an extra 2 ensuite bedrooms as an option. Xmas & New Year bookings are 7 nights.

Fully private south facing garden, private hot tub, games room complete with fruit machine, pool table, darts board, sky tv, large double garage with running machine, power cage with large pull down, low pulley row, Olympic bar, Z bar and some small dumbbells. The main house comprises fully equipped twin oven (1 steam) modern kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (3 en-suite) main family bathroom, and downstairs WC, parking for 12 cars

Swanpool beach & lake house, Falmouth: 'Trefillan'

Trefillan is our 5 bedroom home 200m from the beach, next to Swanpool nature reserve on the outskirts of Falmouth. Recently renovated with huge open plan cooking dining and lounge. South facing patio, table tennis room and sea views. 3 rooms with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and a 5th (very large) room with double bed and additional double and single mattresses. Suitable for 10 adults or families with children. Large garden, parking, WiFi, 65" Sky TV, PS4 etc. Quiet area.

Cornish Holiday - 100 Hengar Manor

Located on the Hengar Manor Country Park, No 100 is a 3 bedroomed privately owned property. It has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a downstairs bedroom with twin beds, along with a downstairs shower room. Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms. A wonderful, cosy and relaxing base with use of the on-site facilities which are independently managed. These include, an Indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, 9 hole pitch and putt, coarse fishing lakes.
