Perfect for a weekend getaway or for ASU parents! Stocked with goodies including local coffee, our farm fresh eggs, and homemade bread.

Styled with furnishings from West Elm and Room and Board, its a perfect pairing of Rustic and Modern with thoughtful details like throws for snuggling on the sofa and flameless candles to add that cozy feeling. Plus, an outdoor campfire area! Firewood included!

It's time to sit on the porch by the creek!

This little cabin, surrounded by mountain laurels with a bubbling creek that runs behind the screened back porch, features a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeping loft with two twins. The rustic interior is comprised of huge logs, cement chinking, with wood floors, walls, doors, and ceilings. The gas logs in the fireplace are surrounded by floor to ceiling rocks. The kitchen with stainless appliances is well appointed. One and a half baths and laundry room provide conveniences.

Cottage on the New River

Cottage on the New is a vacation home in Todd, NC with the New River running right in the front yard! ***NOTE: our private shared bridge sustained damage from Hurricane Helene and we are still waiting for it to be replaced. It looks bad, but is still usable. *** The outdoors is your playground with skiing, biking, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at your fingertips. If relaxing is your style, simply enjoy the view of the river valley from the hot tub, hammock or rocking chairs.

Sleeping Bear Cabin - Blue Ridge Mountains

Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Hartness Haven

This home is a dream come true for our family. 2023 marked the year where that dream came to fruition alongside devastating loss. My husband passed away from cancer a mere 2 months after seeing its completion. We know he is smiling down from Heaven as friends and family fill the walls with memories.
