Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river. There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

The cottage is a 2 min walk to Farmers Arms Hotel for meals and a Close walk to the Tocumwal village. Short drive to Golf Club, or courtesy bus. Pet friendly by prior arrangement.
