Apartman je u strogom centru Biograda na Moru. Turizmom se bavimo još od 1950 godine. Apartman je kompletno opremljen : klima, frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, max tv, Netflix, HBO, wifi itd...U samoj blizini od 100 metara nalazi se plaža Dražica koja je ujedno i najljepša plaža Biograda, te je dobila plavu zastavu za najljepše plaže Jadrana.
