Located on the 12th fairway of Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club's 18-hole championship golf course. Wake up to sunshine and views of the fairways, greens and ponds. Enjoy our recently remodeled and furnished 2-BR condo. You will be two miles from St. Pete Beach and only minutes away to downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde, and Fort DeSoto beaches.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large porch. 2 min walk to Grand Central restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, or grab a bike or scooter for a 5 min ride to Downtown St. Pete or 15 to the beaches.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.
