Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. *Please note - bathroom refurbishment (completing 1st March 2026) The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The refurbished en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but no separate shower.

Litton Mill is a beautiful converted former watermill located right in the heart of the Peak District national park, minutes walk from the Monsal Trail. The apartment has been recently renovated and features a stunning 640 sq ft open plan living, dining room and kitchen area as well as two large ensuite bedrooms each having super king beds (which can be turned into two single beds if required) with an additional pullout small single bed in each room.

The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river.
