Historic house & lush hidden garden in city center

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. We live upstairs in our hidden gem from 1730 situated by Strøget in the Marais of CPH:"Pisserenden" IG:@historichouseandgarden

Charmerende lejlighed i historisk hus fra 1730 i Københavns ældste gade. Der er 2 lejligheder mere i huset: på 1.+ på 3. sal. 66m2 med 1 dagligstue+3 soveværelser: 1 med 2 sgl senge, 1 med en futon med en tyk foam madras, så komfortable+1 kammer med sgl seng. Beliggende i en rolig gade 5 mins gang fra " Strøget". Området er hyggeligt med restauranter, cafe'er, barer & forretninger. Der er en Emmery på hjørnet, hvor man kan købe morgenmad og der er køkken i lejligheden til lettere madlavning.

Note that the blinds will let in a little light from the kamps in the courtyard at night.

Walk to: the harbor for a swim, on Volden for urban greenery, or over the bridge to shop. Unik toetagers lejlighed i et fredet pakhus fra 1730 i Københavns ældste og mest centrale bydel. Her kan du enten nyde den historiske atmosfære under pakhusets gamle bjælker eller det fredelige gårdmiljø på en af de to terrasser. City Center Apartment.

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.
