Escape at this unique and serene getaway. This stunning annex is an extension to the main property. This unique space boats of it's own private entrance with security night lights and it's own entrance to your private patio. Within the annex separate from the bedroom is a shower, a toilet and a sink. Also allocated in this space is your own hallway with fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kettle. The nicely designed bedroom is spacious with a smart tv & own private study & Free Netflix account.

This property is close to Thornton Heath train station (7 min walk) and London Victoria is reachable in 26 mins along with other central London tourist attractions. Gatwick airport is 25 mins away. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Lovely 2 bed flat with garden and parking

Spacious and bright flat, fully equipped, in a quiet residential area not far from central Croydon, suitable for couples and families with children. The flat comes with a private rear garden with a sitting area and free parking on the street. We are located 20 min by bus from East Croydon station, which will take you to the Gatwick airport in 15 min, Victoria in 15 min, London Bridge in 10 min. 5 min walk to the supermarkets, a total of 45-60 min to get to central London with sightseeing.
