Really great place. Clearly recently renovated and very clean. We were comfortable the whole time. Only downside is that you can hear people walking in the other Airbnb above you, but I knew that was going to happen.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. Stayed one night. The place was/is beautiful and in a great location. Kyle's communication was above and beyond. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The area around this rental is great. In walking distance from many shops, bars, baseball field, park...etc. I would love to stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Cathy’s apartment was perfect for our weekend in Davidson. We were visiting the College and we were able to walk to campus easily. It was just perfect for our needs. Cathy is friendly, very helpful and accommodating. We will be back.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

The house is a well designed and thoughtful AirBnb. Simple, neat, and to the point. The neighborhood was a little bit of a surprise and backed into a noisy road. Thoughtful earplugs were abundant and black out curtains everywhere.

I enjoyed his home and will be coming back !! feels just like home !

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Another great stay at this property! The host is wonderful-very responsive. The condo is clean, clutter free, and in a great location with walking trails nearby. Check in and out was very easy. Exactly as advertised, and I look forward to staying her again in the near future.

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

Karen is awesome! She was there for us without delay when we needed a little help. Her home is beautiful and the downtown area is so full of life and everything you could want is right there. No need to get in your car, unless you just want to. Karen's home is one of our favorite homes away from home. I am sure it will be one of yours as well.
