There's a huge fenced-in yard and Macintyre Park is just half a block away. The front porch and back deck offer serenity under the pines. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a medium sized TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a BED.

Our old house with hardwood floors, nice comfortable furniture, and vintage decorating choices is perfect for a leisurely get away or business. Great stay for travel nurses or others working temporarily in the area, or just a layover during travels. An air mattress and pack and play are also available. We do allow pets with a pet fee and rules.
