We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour fin avril, l appartement est conforme aux photos, très lumineux, très bien decoré et fonctionnel. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, idéale pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l' apero face à la mer. Enfin, le lieu est idyllique, la petite plage juste en bas de l appartement est superbe. Nous avons pu visiter l île en voiture, tout est facile d accès. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir et je recommande chaudement cet appartement. L accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux, avec du vin et des douceurs à notre arrivée. Merci

The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Weg dorthin ist gut beschildert. Man hat seine Ruhe. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuen renovierten Eindruck. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige nützliche Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) gegeben. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar. 10/10

Sonia is a great host. She was very responsive when I had any queries. She gave me some recommendations for restaurants and bars in the promenade. She was also kind to give me a lift from Ksamil in the weekend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Można się poczuć jak w domu, świetny lokal, pięknie urządzony, wszytskie udogodnienia. Okolica piękna i spokojna, pełno sklepów otwartych codziennie, plaża najpiękniejsza jaka spotkaliśmy, plaża piaszczysta i woda 30 stopni. Gorąco polecam!

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

Die Lage ist überdurchschnittlich gut, direkt am Meer gelegen. Von dort aus sind Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants in großer Auswahl fußläufig direkt zu erreichen. Agios Georgios mag nicht so hip wie Kassiopi oder Paleokastritsa sein, dafür mochten wir genau das an dieser Bucht: alles da, aber im Vergleich nicht überlaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Außergewöhnlich war die bemühte und sehr freundliche Unterstützung von Tamara vor Ort. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Empfehlenswert! 2.-13. Oktober 2024
