Beachfront Basement with Hot Tub and Steam Room

This is a well laid out suite with one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven.Closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean and your own barBQ. Rental bike outlets nearby make it easy to get around and fun to see the sites. Easy access to UBC or down town. Everything else is a walk or bike ride away in the spring and summer months. In the winter months it is best to have a car to get around because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Guests have their own private entrance. The suite has wifi, several Oceanside bike and walking paths in front of the house. We will provide information to guests and be available to make their visit fun and enjoyable. Walk out of the door and enjoy a stroll or bike ride on Spanish Beach, one of the longest stretches of sand anywhere. The sailing club is only a short walk away and apps like Mobibikes.ca or Car2Go make it easy to get to many attractions car or bike. Public transportation is a short walk away, if you want to bike ride there are countless bike paths that will take you as far as Stanley Park Seawall and Granville Island! Ample easy parking.25 minutes to airport. 2 hours to Whistler. 45 minutes to BC Ferries. 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to UBC. Long walk or short drive to neighbourhood restaurants like Brown's, White Spot and various Italian , Greek and Japanese . Short walk to bike kayak, sailboat and Paddleboard rentals! This prime location is one of the best for site seeing and close to the beautiful UBC campus on the west side and Granville Island market and Stanley Park on the east side. In the winter months it is best to have a car because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Also, the suite is in the basement of our home with a ventilation system in the bedroom but no windows so it is very cozy and quiet.

Private entire guest suite in peaceful area!

Brand new guest suite!! Built in 2021. Entire basement suite with separate entrance!! Located at the most quiet and peaceful tree lined neighbourhood in Vancouver West side. Plenty of free street parking spaces. A fully equipped kitchen, with a gas stove, oven, a Nespresso machine with some pods. A cozy bedroom with a Smart TV and fast WIFI. Washer and dryer both in the suite for your convenience. 15 mins to UBC, Granville island, Downtown & airport. Parks & groceries are in walking distance.

Cozy and peaceful Point Grey suite on UBC doorstep

Bright, clean, basement studio with kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance patio & garden. Free street parking. Near bus stops; only 10 minutes to UBC & 25 minutes to downtown. Two blocks from restaurants, shops, trails in Pacific Spirit Park and a public golf course. Walk to great beaches. Bikes available from a bike-share location nearby. Included Queen bed, desk, utilities, fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove, flatscreen TV, high speed wifi. En suite private bathroom with bath and shower.

Bright Kingsize Suite 1 block from Kits Beach!

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation, being cozy, stylish, and fit for the whole family! This house is newly upgraded with a kitchen, new appliances, Air Conditioning, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, and a fireplace! An additional sofa bed is available. It is located in a premium location within 5-10 mins walking distance to Pacific Spirit Park, and 10 mins drive to Jericho Beach, with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. There is free street parking available on site.

Hummingbird Oceanside Suites: St. Mark's Suite

OCEANFRONT & MOUNTAIN VIEWS w/ HOT TUB & WOOD BARREL SAUNA St. Mark’s Summit Suite - best for sunrise with huge windows that provide sweeping views of West Van & Vancouver. The suite is attached to the house, but has its own exterior entrance, queen bed, bathroom with rain shower, flat screen TV & kitchenette. Sleeps 2 people. There’s no better place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to soak in the views! We’re often frequented by eagles, deer & if you're lucky whales!

Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Most comfortable for a studious couple or a single adult-not set up for cocooning (BC gov't STR #H497087611).

Private garden suite near UBC

Welcome! Our place comes with plenty of natural light, a private entrance and a yard view. Best if you’re: > Visiting UBC (< 10 min driving, buses available); > Have a flight to catch and want a quiet place (15 min driving to YVR); > Driving (free parking). May NOT be suitable if you are: > Not driving and hope to enjoy hustle and bustle (our neighborhood is quiet & away from DT) > Planning to do lots of cooking (a simple food prep station is available)
