A fully remodeled vintage Vegas house. High ceilings, modern amenities, fully equipped kitchen, big TV, custom wood slab dining table. A perfect back yard to enjoy - putting green, basketball hoop, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, hot tub, gazebo. Back yard is shared with a 2nd unit on property. P&Y Studio

Beautiful studio with its own private bath and parking. It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

Comfy 3 Bdrm Home Close to Strip/Nellis/Speedway

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.
