I'm renting my large, tastefully decorated, Bohemian style 3 bedroom apartment located in central Paris for short periods of 2 days to one month (available the entire month of August). The apartment comes with a sweet, independent kitty named Kiwi. Because it is easier for me to leave Kiwi at home while I am away, I ask that tenants care for her in exchange for a discounted rate for the apartment. The flat is near Chatelet and the Canal St. Martin. Located on the 6th floor, no elevator. Spacious living and dining room with exposed wooden beams. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi internet, landline with free calls to the US, bathroom with separate toilet, very comfortable and lots of character! There's a wonderful view of the rooftops of Paris, and the apartment gets a lot of light. Great, trendy, up-and-coming area with tons of restaurants, bars, and movie theaters nearby. Within walking distance of many sites: Louvre 20 min, Pompidou center 15 min, Opera 15 minutes, Grévin Wax Museum 10 min, and many other great places to visit. If you are a cat lover and don't mind climbing the stairs, this apartment is a great deal!

Possibilités de se déplacer à pied : Saint-Germain des Près, les Champs-Élysées, les jardins des Tuileries ou du Luxembourg... Très bien desservi depuis Orly (25 minutes-direct) ou Roissy (50 minutes-direct). Les gares Saint-Lazare, de Lyon ou Montparnasse sont directes. Mon logement est proche de Rue Montorgueil, Musée du Louvre, Le Centre Pompidou, Le quartier du Marais, Notre Dame, le Palais royal, la rue st Anne A 5mn des Halles (RER A,B,D) et station de métro (ligne 1,3,4,11,14). Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le quartier, le calme, la magnifique bâtisse du XVIIème siècle, la belle hauteur sous plafond, la proximité de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

One bright apartment in the center of Paris, in front of Georges Pompidou Center. Very calm located in Beaubourg, between Châtelet and Le Marais, in Paris. The flat is really close to a lot of different museum : Le Louvre, Musée Picasso, Le Centre Pompidou, Hotel de Ville or even the Cathédrale Notre-Dame (10min walking). Furthermore cinéma and loads of art gallery are situated in the streets down the apartment. I can be called upon any time and will do my best to make your trip amazing!
